I'm Rukeya Taylor, Founder & CEO of Rukeya & Co., a faith-based business coaching, consulting, and project management firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration from Valdosta State University and my Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Liberty University. My passion is helping entrepreneurs, leaders, and organizations move from vision to execution by providing the strategy, guidance, and support they need to build thriving businesses with purpose.
 

My journey into the business world has been anything but traditional. Every season of my life has shaped my perspective and strengthened my belief that with God, what may seem impossible can become possible. Through each experience, the Lord has taught me to see opportunities where others see obstacles, to think strategically, and to trust His direction even when the path isn't clear. Those lessons have become the foundation of how I coach, consult, and serve others today.
 

At the heart of Rukeya & Co. is a simple belief: God gives vision with purpose. My greatest desire is to see His vision for your life, leadership, and business flourish. I believe that success is built through intentional partnership. With God and with people . I consider it a privilege to partner with my clients as they gain clarity, develop strategic plans, and confidently execute the work they've been called to do.
 

Whether I'm coaching an entrepreneur, consulting with an organization, or managing a complex project, my approach is rooted in collaboration, excellence, integrity, and practical action. I don't just want to help you create a plan, but I want to help you build something that creates lasting impact.
 

When I'm not working with clients, you'll likely find me spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants (I'm a true foodie!), or traveling and experiencing different cultures and destinations. These moments inspire creativity, deepen relationships, and remind me of the value of living a life that's both purposeful and well-balanced.
